Foreign citizens that want to travel in the EU but already have a Schengen Visa do not need to get an ETIAS authorization.

However, you can apply for ETIAS when your Schengen Visa expires. You will be granted the ETIAS if you are considered eligible.

Traveling across Schengen is an experience in its own.

People come here constantly to visit the amazing architecture and be part of the culture. ETIAS will the easiest form of documentation to do this with. Unfortunately you will have to wait because this type of Visa isn’t out yet.

Don’t stay in the dark because people are given negative responses every day and it is normal. Try to apply again and give in better information or just choose a different type of visa altogether.

Where can you travel with the ETIAS Visa?

If you have an ETIAS authorization don’t forget that you are allowed to travel to Schengen countries only and not EU countries. Not breaking the law is very important if you plan to travel again soon.
